i had a protected sex with a girl friend of mine but the condom broke i had some flu like symptoms and night sweets during the following 2 weeks so i waited exactly 79-80 days almost (11 weeks) before i got tested which came back negative so my questions are as followed! are the 11 weeks window period enough since i don't suffer from any immune system deficiencies? how accurate is the 11 weeks test? i have G6PD deficiency will it affect my test results?i found out that my 11 week test was an HIV Ag/Ab Combo assay which means that the lab did both HIV p24 antigen and antibodies tests and they came negative does that means after 11 weeks that i am in the clear zone of HIV?

At 12 weeks, almost ALL people with HIV will test as HIV+. That said, play it safe. Get tested again at six months- do a blood test, not the oraquick type tests- blood testing is generally far less prone to error.
