I had unprotected sex on 2/2 with one partner who has been with 2 women and than on 3/15 with a new boyfriend who has been with 3 women in long term relationships. I was tested on 2/29 all tests negative. I than tested on 4/3 all negative including herpes and HIV. How accurate is the testing? Should I re-test at 4, 5 or 6 mths? Should I go through the whole STD panel including HIV and herpes?

You should be ok, but if it will make you feel better you can get re-tested. I would repeat the HIV/AIDS test again. However with herpes, it usually takes 2-20 days after infection before you get any symptoms, but it can take longer than that before your body starts to produce antibodies, which is detected in your blood. This is how Dr's know you have herpes even if you haven't had an outbreak.
